General rules

You must be a UK resident to enter our prize draw.

Employees of Easy Plants are not eligible to enter.

Entry is FREE and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per email address, per week - multiple entries using the same email address will be treated as one entry.

No responsibility can be accepted for email entries that are lost.

Closing date for entry is midnight (UK time) on the last day of each week.

The draw will take place on the first day of each week and the winner will be notified via email to arrange prize collection.

The winner will be given 30 days to respond to the notification email in order to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within that time another winner will be drawn.

If the email address supplied by the winner is invalid then no prize will be awarded.

Easy Plants  may require additional information for purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld until Easy Plants is satisfied with the verification.

Easy Plant’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner's names and countries of origin may be used in related publicity.

No cash alternative will be offered.

The prize descriptions are illustrative and not definitive.

Easy Plants assumes no responsibility and are not liable for (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the prize description or illustration, (ii) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a prize (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded), (iii) the non-availability, loss, late receipt, damage, illegibility or non-readability of a prize, notification, or other communication (iv) verifying whether the person awarded a prize is the person entitled to claim that prize, (v) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winners may be required to pay any time in connection with a prize.

Easy Plants reserve the right to vary this promotion at any time. All prizes are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages an alternative product will be sent.

Easy plants may (i) extend any time limit or waive any of the rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging Easy Plants to relax the rules in any other case whatsoever), (ii) terminate, suspend and/or extend any draw or this promotion at any time due to supervening circumstances beyond Easy Plant’s control, including (but not limited to) technical or operational problems with the web site or for any fact, matter or circumstance which (in Easy Plant’s opinion) adversely affects, or may adversely affect, the proper, fair or secure conduct or operation of any aspect of this promotion or its administration (in which event notice of such termination, suspension or extension shall be placed on the web site for a limited time) and (iii) substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the prizes. Easy Plant’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these rules and the draw rules shall be final and binding.

Easy plants may cancel a prize draw if insufficient entries have been received by the draw date.
Any entries received for the cancelled prize draw will automatically be entered into the next following prize draw (if any).

Personal information

Easy Plants does not use this web site to collect any personal information about you unless you provide it voluntarily by placing an order, entering our prize draw or registering to receive communications from us. Personal information includes your name and email address or any other information that might reasonably be used to identify you individually.

If you do provide us with personal information, we may use it to contact you about our products and services. We will not sell your name or email address to any other third party.

Your personal information will be collected and stored by Easy Plants, with your consent, to provide the information or services you have requested.

By entering the prize draw and registering on this web site, you consent to the collection and use of the information you voluntarily submit, for the purposes described above.

Any personal information will only be used in accordance with current data protection legislation.
All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Entry into the Easy Plants prize draw implies acceptance of these terms.
